- Simplified old gemspec, updated contact - Include CHANGES.txt in CHANGELOG.md and document Release 4.0.0
- Rubocop warnings will be fixed in following commits. - defaut rake task is now rubocop + test (was build)

Upstream has had some sporadic changes, would help to merge them once a direction is chosen for net-scp
