Add Secret Store Commands and Update AM Classic Tests

This PR relies on this Frodo library PR.

This PR does 3 things:

1. It adds secret store commands for doing exports, imports, lists, etc., and also sub-commands for handling mappings and aliases for the secret stores.
2. It updates existing tests to pass with changes made to the library related to exporting/importing the ESV secret store in AIC
3. In a separate commit, I went ahead and updated the AM classic tests to work for AM 8.x.x since there were several differences from AM 7.x.x. I included this change in this PR since secret stores are mainly related to AM classic deployments, so I had to update those tests anyways as a result of the changes I made for secret stores.
