Translation in French.

I added the file for the translation in french but it still need to add a button to make the switch between french and english and if needed i can translate in to other language

and i will try to add a button to make the switch between the different language

and also it's just the object / recipes / buildable that's is translated not the website

I'm too lazy to think it through, so it's needed to add a language dropdown in settings so item and recipe names can be shown in the selected language (e.g. English, Français, Italiano).
Data
Per-language data lives under src/recipes/languages/

en/, fr/, and it/ each contain FactoryItems.json and FactoryRecipes.json (same structure, just translated text).

The idea is a dropdown menu like that. (but my code is garbage so it don't work)

And there's a preview of the French language working when replacing it in the original .json:

This is definitely harder than this, I'm sorry. We need to support proper localization everywhere. I don't have the bandwidth right now to check this so, if you've got the time to work on this I'll be more than happy to review it.
