This commit introduces the glasswork CLI with commands for building, developing, and generating artifacts. It also includes a new build pipeline for compiling code, templates, and infrastructure definitions. Co-authored-by: roland <roland@10kb.nl>

Implements the Glasswork CLI with
build,dev, andgenerate samcommands to provide a comprehensive command-line interface for project development and infrastructure generation.This PR fulfills the CLI feature plan, integrating core functionalities such as configuration loading, email template compilation, API entrypoint bundling, and AWS SAM template generation directly into the
glassworkpackage. It also includes a development mode with file watching for an improved developer experience.
