The supported version of RTI Connext DDS was bumped from 6.0.1 to 7.3.0 in Rolling before the Kilted release, see ros2/rmw_connextdds#181
The table currently lists version 6.0.1.25, which is what the ROS 2 apt repository has. The apt repo has version 7.3.0.0 specifically, so I've included the extra ".0" here too.

I'm updating the Rolling section to point to Kilted instead of Jazzy in #421
