This changes the behavior of the scale bijector back to how it was in a previous version. This branch uses exponentiation to constrain the standard deviation of the normally-distributed systematic error estimates to be positive. This, @hkwang found, leads to much better performance as judged by anomalous peak heights. The softplus bijector is still available using the
--scale-bijector=softplusoption.Relative to main, this branch also introduces a new feature which is to enable the double-Wilsons r parameters to be optimized.
