To use this ruleset:
-Put your cell number in the meta block 
	key cell "your-number-here"
-Upload to Kynetx
-Provision a Twilio phone number
-Set the SMS webhook (replace XXX and YYY)
  http://webhooks.kynetxapps.net/t/aXXXxYYY.dev/sms
-Send an SMS message to the Twilio phone number
-The message is forwarded to your cell phone
