This PR updates
grandioseto support the latest NDI SDK (v6) and includes structural improvements for compatibility and library organization. Key changes are:macdirectory.package.jsonversion from 0.0.4 to 0.1.0; feel free to version how you want, though. :-)This should help rse/vingester#70.
