Replace the hardcoded Option+Space hotkey with a configurable one. Users can now click the hotkey field in Settings to record a new shortcut, including single-key shortcuts like function keys. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Yes, I read the README. Yes, I know that you don't want pull requests. I'm opening a pull request anyway because I can't help myself; your blog post inspired me, and I want to give back with a PR. Would you rather I opened an issue? Of course not. Heck, I was so inspired by your blog post that I never looked at the code in this project, just "vibe coded" the feature I needed until I could uninstall Wispr Flow myself. I had never used Swift in my life, and I still haven't.
