This change introduces a robust E2E test suite tests/e2e/full_stack_coverage.spec.ts containing 100 tests to verify full-stack functionality. The tests cover Authentication (Login/Register validation), Integration ecosystem health, Workflow automation CRUD and execution (UI & API), AI/NLU capabilities, and Frontend navigation checks. Minor adjustments were made to test expectations to align with the current backend implementation (e.g., OAuth2 form data for login). Changes to package-lock.json were reverted to ensure clean history.
