- Tenant - A company or entity which has ownership of multiple systems.
- System - Belongs to one or more tenants.
- Service Admin - Administrates the service, managing permissions for tenants.
- Tenant Admin - Administrates a tenant, managing systems and users that are a part of their tenant.
- User - Belongs to a tenant.
