…aneously

- i first tried doing something clever with the conflictig patches,
but that was too difficult. Instead, fortunately the fs sandbox
is an ideal single coordination point in which to put a lock,
and that seems to solve this problem very nicely (at least, it is
easy to understand: one client gets the lock and the rest don't).
…f .git

basically 1 clever 1-liner from gpt5 (after a bunch of back and forth
and a big bug using xargs) that gets the current repo, even uncommited
changes, and is faster and does NOT copy .git, which we do not need.
- this is just one command, but there could be many others and this
approach should work in any context where this can be run at all
…ything that nsjail does (and much more) better
- ephemeral and in memory using lightweight ed25519 key generator
