With concern to #1 I have, I've added 2 new images for the ground, to make the game look more interesting. One Blue/aqua-themed another Cherry blossoms themed since the game's control audio feels ambient. You could make a feature of switching colours once the player crosses a certain score similar to the google chrome's dino game, changing to night mode.
p.s loved the simplicity of the code
