Could someone please review this PR? This issue is currently preventing the native change detection API from being used through the Go SDK, Developer Portal, and related interfaces. |

Resolved an issue where path parameter placeholders in SDK requests were not being replaced with the correct identifier values, causing malformed URLs and subsequent request failures.
