What does this PR do?
This fixes a problem with the
publish-mcp-servergithub workflow. Previously, its invocation of thee2eworkflow was incorrect such that it would always fail. That should no longer be the case.This is a follow-up item for #350 , as the issue was discovered in the testing of that PR's fix.
