Python - see requirements.txt file.
Ruby - Sass and Compass.
JS - see bower.json and package.json files.

You should change bower.json and package.json files package name

You should use https://github.com/sambev/thirsty to download and install the dependencies for you.

Running the project:
Once you have the dependencies installed you should be able to run the server by simply typing:
`python server.py`
