Welcome to wireguard-hook! This project enables your WireGuard VPN client on Windows systems to implement IP splitting and DNS splitting effortlessly. Follow this guide to get started.

Head to the Releases page to download the latest version of wireguard-hook:
On the Releases page, look for the most recent version. Click the link that says wireguard-hook.zip. This file contains the software you need.
Once you click the link, your browser will start downloading the zip file. Wait for the download to finish.
After downloading, locate the zip file in your Downloads folder. Right-click the file and select Extract All... Follow the prompts to unzip the contents.
Open the extracted folder. Double-click the wireguard-hook.exe file to launch the application.
Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your preferences. You can specify which apps to route through the VPN and which to let connect directly.
Once the application is running, you will see a simple interface:
- Add Applications: Click on the "Add App" button to select which applications you want to run through the VPN.
- Set DNS Options: Find the DNS settings in the configuration tab. Specify your preferred DNS servers.
- Save Your Configuration: After setting everything up, make sure to click "Save" to apply your settings.
- Application won’t start: Ensure you're running a 64-bit version of Windows. If you're running into issues, try restarting your computer and then run the application again.
- Connection Issues: Check your internet connection. Make sure that other security software is not blocking wireguard-hook.
