Adding South Korea's AI Framework Act that was promulgated in January 2025. It's the second comprehensive AI law globally (after EU) and focuses on risk management for high-impact AI systems. Linked to CSET translation since the official source is Korean-only.
Add the Korean titles to the South Korea Act.
