Decisions after review recent results in post-quantum key exchange composition, KEM binding properties, and hybrid protocol analysis with highlighting which are directly applicable to CH-KEM, and compatible with existing protocol invariants as candidates for selective integration.
Documents potential future academic influences behind CH-KEM design decisions with explicit attribution and differentiation from each source. Covers session resumption, rekey architecture, KEM binding, formal verification methodology, and handshake optimization. Adds cross-references from ROADMAP, ARCHITECTURE, and MATHEMATICAL_FOUNDATION. Only code change is an attribution comment on DeriveRekeySecret. This needs to land before v0.0.10 starts implementing the adapted techniques
