A lot of the supposed "fix" commits relating to Kivy are just copium attempts to pass the pyinstaller workflow. After repeated failures on this branch (specifically for Windows due to OpenGL version), rationalization led to nuking the use of a pyinstaller workflow. The last working pyinstaller.yaml is now in the docs/ directory for potential future use.
If deemed necessary, an issue will be created regarding this error on the Windows job.
