Summary

ship the render-aware workflow substrate across the package suite: workflow/session/evaluation/score contracts in effect-inference, study and benchmark truth in effect-search, typed LM-program and optimizer surfaces in effect-dsp, numeric/report kernels in effect-math, and render-fitness inputs in effect-text
ship the proving app layer on top of that substrate: root-owned release and package-doc authority in @theoria/source-proof, /packages docs projection, and a shared @effect/workflow runtime spine that powers workflow-comparison and open-agent-trace surfaces in apps/theoria
add the crypto package surfaces included in this branch: associated-data-aware sealing in @scenesystems/seal and detached signatures, batch verification, and portable codecs in @scenesystems/sign
