add size and positive quality

add new feature like size and positive quality,,,

size::: 1kb, 1mb, 1GB, etc

quality= 1 : (1,2)
quality=2 : (2,2)
and so on

We need to add some examples. Can you write a simple test/usage example?
I am thinking

• you can create an empty dataset (all-zeros) with CreateIdx
• show what it means to specify quality using a string value, given a certain bitmask
