fix: removed release-please

Removed release-please because we weren't using it.

Since it was in charge of automatically tagging this repo, which consequently triggered autodeployment to PyPi, from now on, please deploy by

• Change the version number in setup.py
• Tag the repo with

git tag vx.y.z

• Push the tags

git push --tags

The last step will trigger deployment.
