- Fix Go and Rust tests to handle macOS /tmp symlink (/private/tmp)
- Add macOS test jobs to CI workflow for both Go and Rust
- Add Rust test, lint, and build jobs to CI workflow
- Add cross-compilation targets to Rust Makefile
- Update install targets to use /usr/local/bin (cross-platform)
- Add uninstall targets to both Makefiles
- Document platform support in README (Linux/macOS fully supported)
