Added missing items from Dragonflight and The War Within, fixed crashes

Fixed:

1. Fixed crashes and things
2. Added missing DF and TWW sets
3. Replaced fake sort IDs with release versions for better sorting. Will prob have to revert to handle custom sets and multiple sets released in a single patch
4. More consistent buttons within sets: should always show actual set item, but highlighted based on collection status
   Needs work:
5. Consistency in ordering sets (e.g. "Panda PVP Set" combined with "TWW Trading Post Recolor of Panda PVP Set" and "TWW Reknown recolor")
6. Lots of sets missing icons
7. Wishlist in notes.txt file
