Current problems: rasterio/rasterio#2433 Rasterio's conversion from Geoid to Ellipsoidal heights for Copernicus DEM is shaky. I'm not sure if
egm08_25.gtxis supposed to be included, but it appears to search, failing to find, and silently ignore the vertical data shift.
