In the setup for redeemWithVelora integration tests to test when the debt amount is increased onchain, we borrow some additional debt on the LT.
Noticed it intermittently fails due to there being insufficient collateral for the borrow (thrown by morpho). Simple solution here - just scaling the borrow amount down.
