directories and usage:
  vim : vim plugins and configs
        edit ~/.vimrc and add the following line to make these configs effective
        set runtimepath=~/cfg/vim,$VIMRUNTIME
        source ~/cfg/vim/.vimrc
  ahk : autohotkey scripts
