Add Python/PyCaffe implementation of the testing file and shading reconstruction file:
test_SfSNet.m -> test_SfSnet.py
create_shading_recon.m -> spherical_harmonics.py
SfSNet can now be run with Python and PyCaffe (in addition to Matlab and MatCaffe).
