Systems Engineer building resilient infrastructure, secure runtimes, and AI-enabled products

LinkedIn · Email · Repositories

👋 About me

I build products and systems where reliability, security, and execution speed matter. From low-level systems work to backend platforms and AI-driven applications, I focus on turning ambitious ideas into production-ready software.

  • Systems & Infrastructure: secure runtimes, networking, embedded systems, performance-sensitive software
  • Product Engineering: backend architecture, developer tooling, full-stack delivery, rapid iteration
  • Applied AI: intelligent workflows, automation, local-first tools, real-time decision systems
  • Leadership mindset: I like owning the problem end-to-end — from architecture and execution to product direction

📈 Last 6 months — current focus

Over the last 6 months, my work has centered around three themes:

  • Deep systems engineering — browser/runtime, TLS, trust stores, low-level networking, and kernel-adjacent work
  • AI + real-time product development — video intelligence, local-first tooling, and operator-facing interfaces
  • Execution across teams and products — shipping features, hardening systems, improving docs, and driving implementation from concept to merge

Selected visible areas of contribution:

  • NON-OS / kernel-adjacent work: browser engine improvements, TLS and trust store work, crypto stability, rendering improvements
  • VidOxide / rust-video-intel: real-time video tooling, TUI improvements, logging and workflow enhancements
  • Security-focused builds: hardening work in privacy/security-oriented projects
  • Open source collaboration: contributions across external repositories in systems, docs, and feature delivery

I’m especially interested in roles where I can combine systems thinking, product velocity, and technical leadership.

🚀 What I bring

  • Turn vague ideas into shippable technical roadmaps
  • Move between systems, backend, and product engineering without losing momentum
  • Design for trust, maintainability, and scale
  • Lead with ownership: identify leverage, remove bottlenecks, and ship outcomes

🧰 Core stack

Languages: Rust, Go, C/C++, TypeScript, JavaScript
Systems: Linux, networking, secure systems, performance optimization, embedded/low-level development
Backend & Platform: APIs, distributed services, PostgreSQL, developer infrastructure
AI & Product: automation, intelligent pipelines, local-first apps, real-time systems
Tooling: Docker, CI/CD, GitHub Actions, QEMU, modern dev workflows

🌍 Builder profile

I think like a founder and execute like an engineer:

  • focus on leverage
  • optimize for shipping
  • care about technical depth
  • build for long-term defensibility

If you're building something ambitious in systems, infrastructure, security, or applied AI, I’m open to connecting.
