Hi again!

I've been playing with emacs-lisp for a while, and this was something I found useful. As you are the official maintainer of sln-mode, you might like to pick stuff from here again :)

I'm not sure whether it's really useful, as I think I saw an omnisharp-add-project function somewhere (but I've yet to try it). Also, `uuidgen' may or may not exist in Windows environments (see a84a052, which I now see I kinda mixed up with the commit following it).

Let me know if you find it useful, and if you have any suggestions!

The use case of adding the project by file name is much more probable
than giving just the project name.
This fixes some minor issue where insignificant changes happen in the
sln file, when Visual Studio decides to change the project UUID to
uppercase (which is now the default for sln mode also).
