Remove this because it's blocking fetching tags from official sentry repository.

This pull request makes a small update to the
renovate.jsonconfiguration file by removing thedocker:disableextension. This change will re-enable Docker updates managed by Renovate and enable "customManagers:helmChartYamlAppVersions" 🤔.
