Adjusted media type parsing to more stricter parsing rules of the mime crate.

Make registration of the audio/video containers (mp4, webm) and the associated codecs (opus, aac, h264, vp8, ..) more fine-granted.

This looks reasonable. Let me know when it makes sense to merge, given servo/servo#41402 is still in draft state.
