A group of simple PDF utilities written in Python, designed to be ran and used in the terminal
This takes a user entered tuple and adds bookmarks to the specified pdf so that pdf readers can interpret the bookmarks to jump between chapters. It's designed to be directly ran but you can also import the function to another program.
