I've change the references from the GAC to the official MS nuget packages for TFS 2015, same thing i did with Oztix TFS, this will allow it to build with VS 2013 and VS 2015, and you don't need to the TFS 2010 libraries installed on your local. These libraries are backwards compatible with TFS 2013 and 2012 i believe, but not TFS 2010.
Also upgraded the framework version to 4.5.2 so taht the references packages will work
