2.0.3 Release for Processing 3

This version now runs with Processing 3.

MPE 2.0 release

This release covers all the new features of MPE 2.0.

MPE 2.0 alpha 1

This is the first real release of MPE 2.0 which will be compatible with the new OF and Cinder versions. The big thing is that documentation and examples need to catch up.
