Switch from Bublé to Babel for core-template JS build.
Bublé is unmaintained and its authors say don't use it. It doesn't support modern JS syntax like async-await, or a Buble class extending a native ES2015 class.
Actual site templates mostly seem to use their own JS build scripts rather than relying on core-template for this should be pretty safe
