Show Strudel sliders in control panel#1

This change enables sliders used in Strudel patterns to appear in the extension's control panel. - Added `#sliders` container and CSS to the webview in `src/extension.ts`. - Implemented `sliderWithID` in `static/strudel.js` to dynamically create and manage slider DOM elements. - Sliders persist values across code re-evaluations and unused sliders are automatically removed. - Injected `sliderWithID` into `core.evalScope`.

Implemented sliders support in Strudel control panel. When
slider()(transpiled tosliderWithID) is used in a pattern, a corresponding slider appears in the UI. Sliders update their values in the code execution but preserve user adjustments. Unused sliders are cleaned up.PR created automatically by Jules for task 537373216909115426 started by @shihanqu
