Option OD_BETA for new beta compilation

Following changes are proposed:

• Makefile -> Added a OD_BETA option that can be commented / un-commented to activate compilation optimizations for beta
• OPK -> Changed OPK rights for OD_BETA compatibility (compatible with normal FW)
• Global -> Had to move BASEDIR to HOME directory because of new BETA permissions on system directories

Seems alright, I'll link your releases page in my current release for now, since there's no actual changes to the engine I don't want to do a separate release for it
