Fix visual bug.

  • Fog controllers, postprocess controllers, and colorcorrection controllers
    that depend on the player's position cannot work correctly for SourceTV, since
    the SourceTV camera is typically located at 0 0 0 on the map.

  • The problem can be seen on the map 'c1m4_atrium' (l4d2).

  • Related 'env_fog_controller' not displayed when viewed from SourceTV #40

Fix visual bug.

Local fog controllers, postprocess controllers, and colorcorrection controllers
that depend on the player's position cannot work correctly for SourceTV, since
the SourceTV camera is typically located at 0 0 0 on the map.
Whether we enable only global controllers on the map or disable all of them
depends on the 'stv_disable_fog_update' convar.

The problem can be seen on the map 'c1m4_atrium' (l4d2).
