Adds a global Map cache in `_11ty/img-dim.js` to store image dimensions promises. This prevents redundant I/O operations when the same image is processed multiple times during the build. Implemented an in-memory cache for image dimensions lookup in
_11ty/img-dim.js.This optimization reduces build time significantly by avoiding repeated disk I/O for the same image files.
The cache stores promises to handle concurrent requests efficiently.
