is it MAJOR.MINOR.PATCH? so 1.1.0?

hmm I think this should be a patch to 1.0.10? Doing this because the previous actions integration API version bump was also a patch - which is a much more major change. Should we bump it to 1.1.0 after adding the data passthrough support?

yup if we're considering this a patch this makes sense! Just wasn't sure based on the description
