Contrary to what is stated in the instructions, the metadata does not match the files released by the band on Bandcamp. This pull request fixes timestamps to fit the Bandcamp release.
Additionally, titles and comments were updated with respect to the latest version of the group document (August 25, 2019).
One bogus timestamp was corrected on disc 11.
