bun run strips the first `--`, so turbo was receiving `--coverage` as its own flag. Add a second `--` so turbo gets `-- --coverage ...` and forwards the flags to vitest. https://claude.ai/code/session_01CqaEcLUs4GaUyi1PPQf5H3
