I use the oauth library in Twhii (twhii.com), a j2me twitter app for feature phones and noticed slight issues with signature encoding (full details here: http://kehers.github.com/2011/08/19/twitter-oauth-and-the-net-oauth-j2me-library.html). Here is a fix of the problem.
