Add new trajectories #189

Solution

added the needed data. NOTE: I had to add the blood plasma file to the trajectory/ folder, it couldn't find it in trajectory/json_v3/

TODO:

• need images + gifs for 2 new cards
• vivarium plot loads but not the trajectory
• READDY never loads (is it in the v3 folder?)

1. npm start

From @blairlyons : > I added the ReaDDy malaria file to trajectory/, the Vivarium E coli was already there. We did have issues loading a previous version of the E coli model, there was a backend bug that Eric fixed. I wonder if there's something in the cache tho. I made a copy of the file called vivarium_ecoli_2.0.simularium, maybe try loading that?
