Adds support for parsing the `message/global` MIME type, which is treated as `message/rfc822` when IMAP4rev2 is enabled. This change includes: - A new `imap4rev2` flag in the `message_parser_settings` struct. - Updates to the message parser to handle the new MIME type when the flag is set. - A new test case to verify the functionality.
