sanitize CD contact email string for batch requests to GC

We talked about this.

So the issue here is the batch request fails with parseError if u have illegal characters in the 'email' field of the CD contact when trying to batch update back to GC.

I suppose this happens when syncing any other DB back to GC so that should be tested.
Personally i use only the CardDav <> Google part of the script

Well, the batch request was succesfull after this fix.
I know unicode may be allowed in email adresses but google obviously doesnt allow them in batch requests...
