fix(fe): redesign admin contest announcement

Description

Admin contest announcement tab 리디자인 완료했습니다.

Additional context

1. Admin 배경색 변경

• 기존에 회색에서 흰색으로 변경했습니다.

2. Contest 정보 및 Status 변경

• 기존에 5개였던 Contest 정보를 3개로 축약했고, 그에 따른 ENDED, ONGOING, UPCOMING의 Status를 client contest 페이지와 동기화시켰습니다.

3. Post 컴포넌트

• 0자 -> 비활성화 / 1자이상 -> 활성화되도록 구현했습니다.

⚡ 스크롤바는 자연스럽게 넘어가도록 구현했습니다. (super로 Test1110 이라는 contest 만들어놨습니다!)

4. History 컴포넌트

• 3개 이상일때는 3개만 처음 화면에 보이도록 하고 See More 버튼을 누르면 전체가 보이도록 구현했습니다.

Selector에서 깔끔하게 Title만 출력하기로 결정해서 구현해뒀습니다 !
