feat(infra): implement n8n

Description

최소한의 세팅으로 n8n을 도입합니다.
Helm을 통해 배포하며 n8n.codedang.com을 통해 확인 가능합니다.

Additional context

아직 admin user, workflow, credential 등 세팅이 아무 것도 없습니다.
@jwoojin9 이전에 사용한 워크플로 JSON 파일 Import 후 GitHub나 Notion Credentials 연결해서 사용하면 될 듯 합니다.

@hjkim24 뭐 하다 보니까 최소한으로 동작하는 만큼은 만들어버려서ㅋㅋ.. 더 해야 할 일은 README.md의 TODO에 남겨놨습니다.

주의: DB, Object Storage는 각각 SQLite, 인메모리 저장소를 사용하므로 파드 재시작 시 모든 데이터가 소실됩니다. 이 둘에 대한 프로비저닝을 강력히 권장합니다.

시간이 좀 생겨서

1. workflow 추가
2. Github OAuth2 App, Github App, Notion Integration API Key 발급해서 prod 환경 kubeseal로 암호화해서 올려봅니다.
3. default user도 일단 이메일이랑 비번 넣고 seal해서 넣었는데 뭔가 저게 맞는지는 잘 모르겠어요.. 찾아보니까 웹 UI용 user는 무조건 직접 만들어야할 것 같습니다.
   @jwoojin9 워크플로우에는 OAuth2 App이랑 Github App이 따로 있는 것 같은데, 스꾸딩 organizations 가보면 OAuth2 App은 만들어진 게 없는 것 같아서요..! 혹시 어떻게 설명하면 될까요?
